What does this mean in practice?
As our Online Marketing Manager you’ll be in charge of designing and developing our media strategy. You’ll manage and inspire a team of digital experts to increase the visibility of the brand and drive traffic across a diverse range of channels.
Your job will include:
Defining a vision for our media strategy, combining creativity with data driven consumer insights.
Managing our paid media channels, you’ll balance brand advertising with performance marketing to increase our online presence.
Working closely with campaign management and brand marketing to plan, target and bring digital content initiatives to life.
Collaborating with the e-commerce team to ensure digital marketing campaigns align with demand and specific products.
Using CRM and database management insights, as well as quantitative market research, to build customer profiles and create highly targeted messaging.
Managing and inspiring a team of paid media, SEO, CRM and database marketers.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You’ll report to the Global Marketing Director.
Are you our ideal candidate?
We’re after someone with the ambition and drive that comes with working for a forward-thinking global brand. Ideally, you should have the experience of managing both B2B and B2C markets and take pride in embracing new challenges, every day.
- A university education in a relevant field like marketing or digital communications
- 5-10 years online marketing experience.
- Experience working in online marketing for branding and e-commerce purposes.
- Experience working for a global brand.
- Experience working as a people manager, with a passion for leading and inspiring a team.
- An analytical mindset with both an eye for detail, as well as the bigger picture.
- An understanding of up-to-date online marketing trends.
- A good knowledge of basic online marketing platforms and software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Bonus: A passion for motorcycles or outdoor clothing
