Below is a brief introduction to the various departments. These departments consist of passionate specialists, each and every one of whom excel in their profession. Research and Innovation

To maintain – and expand – our leading position in technology, we invest substantially in research and innovation. The Research and Innovation Department ensures that we are following the right learning curve: at company, product and individual level. Fully in line with our innovative corporate culture, we have our own lab and work together with various technical universities, motorbike riders and athletes. The staff in this department have plenty of room to challenge the status quo, to set a course and work towards it conscientiously.

Product Design

Even though we make technical clothing, we are first and foremost a design company. That said, we feel that product design is a broad concept: finding better, more relevant and more stylish solutions as an answer to the user’s specific challenges. That vision is appreciated: we are seen as the benchmark for good product design and have won various international awards in this field. The basis for this is rooted in our core values ​​and corporate culture, but also in the tremendous drive that the staff in this department have: there is always room for improvement.

Product Development

We at REV’IT! set the bar high, both in terms of style and technicalities. Our work is based on a very strong design vision and we have a corporate culture based on high quality standards. That means that the staff in this department base every decision on careful consideration and rely on the interaction between design and technology, even if the next deadline is fast approaching. So REV’IT! people always put quality before quantity. The Product Development department works closely with Innovation and it has among other things a Compliance component for CE certification, an aspect that is growing in importance.

Supply Chain and Warehouse

The staff in the Supply Chain Department form the logistic hub in a network of suppliers, transporters and customers. This relatively small department succeeds in managing our global transport flows – from very small to very large – without losing the feel for the product. Our short lines, good contacts and space for creativity contribute to this. In the Warehouse, too, the employees know exactly what passes through their hands. The fact that we are a customs warehouse gives things an extra dimension.

Marketing

Marketing plays a crucial role in our company. On the one hand, this is because we have many interesting stories to tell. On the other hand, we want to be in close contact with our many stakeholders. This department consists of four disciplines that work closely together and interface a lot with the rest of the organisation: Studio, Online Marketing, Brand Relations and Racing Service.

Sales

We have global ambitions. That is why it is crucial that we carefully maintain and expand our international distribution network. Sales staff are responsible for this. With focus and a feel for service, they maintain relationships with distributors, agents and dealers in 70 countries on six continents. In the process, our emphasis is on the long term: working together. Sales also takes care of our e-commerce operations, so that consumers can find their way to our products online without a hitch. This department comprises three sections: Sales Office, Account Management and E-commerce.

Staff

We believe that our core process is not the only thing that is important. Everything around it is important too. That is why our Staff Department consists of passionate people who are closely involved with all the other departments in the organisation. The staff at Finance implement our financial policy, manage our cash flows and are in close contact with customers and suppliers.

Our IT colleagues mainly work on projects and have a sharp focus on process optimisation. And the HRM professionals are permanently occupied with finding, binding and developing talented REV'IT! employees who feel at home in our corporate culture. This is how we continue to grow as an organisation.

For more than ten years now we have had a branch in New York. That has been our base for conquering the North American market, where only the strongest brands and products survive. We’re doing well: the market hugely appreciates our efforts to develop our products based on our core values, the fact that we have a very open corporate culture and we are ethical in our dealings with our clients. REV’IT! staff Sport USA is responsible for the promotion and sale of REV’IT! in the United States and Canada. Besides that, we are Rizoma’s exclusive sales and marketing representative for the USA and Canada.

Interns

We always have places for trainees and graduates. On the one hand, because we like to share our passion with motivated, talented people; on the other, because we feel responsible for training the employees of the future.
