WHAT CAN YOUEXPECT FROM US?

We at REV’IT! set the bar high, both for our products and for everything happening behind the scenes. We have high expectations from our IT infrastructure in particular. It should allow our employees to work efficiently, without any hassle, so that we can provide the best service to our customers.

About this page

As an IT Service Employee, you will share responsibility for the performance of our IT infrastructure and everything it entails. From hardware, network, and peripherals, to software, scrips and tools: you make sure everything functions optimally.

To do so, you pay attention to both the short- and the long term. You’ll provide first- and second-line support for employee questions and system disruptions. With your customer-friendly attitude, you enable your co-workers to do their work properly.

You also proactively look for opportunities to improve or simplify the IT infrastructure. That includes making suggestions for specific improvements, but also implementing them yourself. In so doing, you ensure that IT can help us do our job efficiently over the long term.

You’ll work closely together with another IT colleague. You’ll also represent the IT team in several projects where IT plays a vital role. After all, we also have major ambitions when it comes to IT!
