Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you’ll work in a fast-paced team that strives to create the best experience for our customers. We’ll help build your confidence and encourage you to push yourself, granting you freedom to plan and to really make a difference.
What does this mean in practice?
Whether it’s attending to the repairs of a failed zipper or doubling down on the details of a return; as Warranty & Repair Employee, no two days are ever the same. Building thriving relationships with our customers, you’ll use your initiative to solve whatever challenges you might encounter as you process return orders, warranties, and repairs.
Your job will include:
- Reviewing, registering, and processing return orders, repairs, and warranties.
- Taking care of administrative work for incoming and outgoing shipments and warehouse activities.
- Ensuring customers get their respective products back quickly after repair.
- Helping to manage the warehouse and keeping it in order.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You’ll report to the Warehouse Manager.

- Experience working in logistics, preferably with quality products.
- Eye for quality and the finer details.
- A strong team player that can work independently when necessary.
- Ability to speak both in Dutch and English.
- A resilient character that thrives under the pressure of a busy season.
- Bonus: a passion for motorcycling and motorcycling products.
But above all, you embody a passion for your profession and take great pride in making sure everything in your department runs smoothly.
