What does this mean in practice?

You will be responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to our moto curious guests. This means engaging all that visit, listening to their gear needs, and providing product expertise and insight to make their time on the bike even better.  You will help maintain day-to-day store operations which may also include helping with our events and store presentations.  

As this is REV’IT!’s first retail location, there will be many opportunities to help this Experience piece come to life, grow, and thrive.  We’re looking for positive problem solvers who are ready to do the hard work, be nimble learners, are ok working through some ambiguity, and truly love interacting with and helping others. And you’re doing this all in the world of motorcycling!

Your job will include:

  • Inspiring, outfitting, and educating our daily guests, making genuine connections with riders and soon to be riders.   

  • Continuing to expand and maintain your gear knowledge to an expert level. Training is provided yet daily self-study will be important to your growth and the level of service you provide. 

  • Building customer loyalty through the authentic in-store experience you provide.

  • Assist with Showroom set up and product processing prior to Spring opening.

  • Efficient and productive handling and processing of all merchandise.

  • Helping to manage store inventory and seasonal inventory needs.

  • Helping with visual directives, ensuring floor displays and visual merchandising is always on point. 

  • Helping maintain relationships within the local motorcycling community (ambassadors, motorcycle groups/clubs, etc.) through help and thoughtful interaction at events and day-to-day communication.    

  • Working a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including some holidays and weekends. Normal store hours are Tuesday-Friday 11-7, Sat 10-7, Sunday 11-5, and closed on Monday. These hours are subject to evolve for business/seasonal/holiday needs. 

  • We do plan to hold regular events, presentations, classes, and ride outs from this location so there will be some flexible schedules needed around these events.   

This is a part-time position (15-30 hours per week, 5–8-hour length shifts) located in the RINO Art District in downtown Denver, Colorado. You’ll report to the store manager.


Are you our ideal candidate?

As a Flagship Experience Specialist, you’ll play an integral role in our first retail store opening, as well as the continued growth and attention toward the business-to-consumer market. We’re looking for a self-motivated and team-first crew who understands modern retail, genuinely enjoys helping and inspiring people, looks forward to solving challenges, and has a passion around motorcycling. 

We expect:

  • 1-2 years previous experience in retail and/or the service industry.

  • Strong passion and knowledge of motorcycle safety gear highly desired.

  • Excellent and proven interpersonal communication skills and genuinely enjoys public interaction.

  • Motorcycle interest, passion or experience highly desired.

  • Demonstrable customer-first approach that works well with a team as well as on your own.

  • Discernable ability to be curious within your personal interactions and find ways to go beyond what your customers and teammates expect, searching for those things that make the experience just a little bit better for all those involved.      

  • Based in or proximity to Denver, Colorado, or able to relocate as this is an on-site position in the RINO Art district of downtown Denver.   

  • Computer and technology proficiency.

  • Ability to handle and lift packages up to 40lbs.
