- What is the warranty on REV'IT! products?
We offer a 2-year guarantee on all our products as of April 1st 2017. This covers material and production flaws. Products that have been used are subject to investigation. They will be repaired or exchanged. REV'IT! products with the GORE-TEX® membrane are subject to the "Guaranteed to keep you dry" warranty (concerning breathability and/or waterproofness) by GORE-TEX®. - On what products do I have warranty?
We offer a 2-year warranty on our complete collection. On top of that, we offer a 30 days "cooling off period" for products that are ordered from our website. You can also refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information.
- How do I present a warranty claim?
Always contact our Customer Service first, they will help you with your claim. For warranty claims concerning a product purchased at an authorized REV'IT dealer, please contact your dealer first.
- Can I present my warranty claim at my autorized REV'IT! dealer?
No, it is not possible to bring in products for warranty bought through our website at your REV'IT! dealer. For warranty claims concerning products bought at an authorized REV'IT! dealer, you must contact your dealer first. The dealer is your first point of contact.
