Can I return items ordered online?
Absolutely, no problem. If the item(s) you ordered does not work for you, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Please note that the item must be unused (i.e. new), undamaged, in its original packaging, and returned with all labels and hangtags affixed.
I want to exchange an article, is that possible?
Unfortunately, at this time, it is not possible to exchange products. You will need to return the article(s) to us, and we will refund your purchase. If you need a different size or color of the ordered item(s), please order a new one through our website.
I lost my return form/return label, what should I do?
Please contact our Customer Service, they will assist you with your question.
How do I return an item/order?
You can return your order or items with the enclosed Return Form. Simply fill out the form and select your reason for the return. Stick the enclosed return label on your box and drop it off at the nearest DPD location. Don’t forget to ask for a proof of issue with a Track & Trace code at the DPD location.
Can I return an item bought at an authorized REV’IT! dealer to you?
No, this is not possible. You can, however, return your article(s) at your REV'IT! dealer. The transaction will be processed at the location of purchase.
How long will a refund take?
From the moment your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original form of payment) with a maximum of 14 days. We always refund your money to your original form of payment.
