How long does it take for me to receive my order?
If you place your order before 15.00 hrs. (CET) on business days (excluding holidays), we usually ship your order the same business day. The estimated delivery to your shipping address may take up to 3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days. If the delivery takes longer than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Service.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes. In your profile on our website you can see the status of your order. You will also be provided with a link via e-mail to track & trace your shipment with DPD after it has been sent out by our warehouse.
What happens if I'm not at home to receive my package?
The DPD regulations in your county will be applied. The driver will try to deliver your package for a total of two times. If you are not home, the DPD driver will return the next business day or the DPD driver will try to deliver your package at one of your neighbours. If this isn't possible, your package will go to the nearest DPD Pick-Up parcel shop or it will be sent back to REV’IT!.
What are the delivery options?
There are 2 ways we can deliver your order: to your home or work address, or to one of many DPD Pick-Up points near your location.
What are the shipping rates?
We offer free shipping for orders over £99. For orders less than this amount, shipping is £5.
Which carrier do you use?
All our orders are handled by DPD.
