What can you expect from us?

As Customer Experience Specialist, you will play an integral role in our continued growth. You will be responsible for answering questions of our B2C customers, suggesting ideas to internal stakeholders based on their feedback and supporting them in solving their issues to ensure optimized interaction between REV’IT! and its B2C customers.

In this role you need to think about how to get ahead of issues rather than just resolving them. Your goal is to always ensure a customer centric approach and deliver a smooth and trustworthy experience. 

We will train you to understand and know everything there is to know about our products and services and how our customers can benefit from this. We are looking for a self-motivated customer service professional who enjoys helping people and who is excited to join our team!

As Customer Experience Specialist you have got a unique position to fulfil, and from our office in New York City (USA) you will have a workspace to match.

What does this mean in practice?

This position mainly involves customer orientation, but it will also require a high-level of accuracy. Generally speaking, your job will entail the following:

  • You’ll be responsible for the total B2C Customer Experience; from handling end consumers emails to eStore customer inquiries, complaints and processing orders, returns and after sales.
  • You’ll combine technical expertise with customer service to solve questions and issues.
  • You’ll advice the consumer about collection, order status, availability of products, product specifications, dimensions, etc.
  • You’ll provide oral and written communication with the correct tone-of-voice, taking into account the core values ​​of REV'IT!.
  • You’ll realize the set KPIs (with regard to conversion ratios and customer appreciation) as well as the analysis and reporting with regard to the set KPIs to management.
  • You’ll document processes and user technical issues for our eStore platform.
  • You’ll closely monitor the latest developments in the field and the feedback of acquired knowledge to the rest of the organization.
  • You’ll give input on optimization of the product catalog.
  • You’ll translate customer experience feedback into areas for improvement for the company.
  • You’ll be responsible for the correct processing of eStore transaction data and eStore customer data.
  • You’ll handle all returns and warranties for the end consumers.

This is a full-time position. You’ll report to the President of REV’IT! Sport USA.

You are a good listener and are genuine. You wouldn’t want it and couldn’t do it any other way. Besides your personal skills, we expect the following from you:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree.
  • You are able to work in a team environment and possess team-based problem solving skills.
  • You must be digitally savvy and have experience with an ecommerce platform and B2B/B2C database management tools.
  • You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills (great if you can speak Spanish).
Most importantly... you’re tremendously passionate about your profession and show it.”

  • You currently live in or are willing to move to the New York City area.
