In the next six months, we plan to hire 25 new people to our international team. Why? Because this matches the ambition we have, and that ambition is great.
So, this is why we’re looking for an HR officer. A challenging and broad position for somebody with an HR background, requiring the right hard and soft skills. Our REV'IT! headquarters are located in Oss, the Netherlands. This is where 15 nationalities come together, and we hope the number of nationalities will continue to increase.
That said, 70% of our team has a Dutch nationality, but 30% of the people on our team come from elsewhere. We’re proud of our international team! Hiring specialists who don’t live in the Netherlands, but are open to it, is quite a challenge.
Besides recruitment, we are looking for somebody who is open to spearheading projects in the work field of HR, whether that’s Learning and Development, Onboarding and Compensation and Benefits, or other areas related to the field.
Although we have a digital HR software solution in place, there is also an administrative component to this role. Creating employment contracts, and some other employee administration, comes with the territory. Does a colleague have an HR-related question? Then you know how to help them with your experience and knowledge.
