What can you expect from us?

In the next six months, we plan to hire 25 new people to our international team. Why? Because this matches the ambition we have, and that ambition is great.

So, this is why we’re looking for an HR officer. A challenging and broad position for somebody with an HR background, requiring the right hard and soft skills. Our REV'IT! headquarters are located in Oss, the Netherlands. This is where 15 nationalities come together, and we hope the number of nationalities will continue to increase.

That said, 70% of our team has a Dutch nationality, but 30% of the people on our team come from elsewhere. We’re proud of our international team! Hiring specialists who don’t live in the Netherlands, but are open to it, is quite a challenge.

Besides recruitment, we are looking for somebody who is open to spearheading projects in the work field of HR, whether that’s Learning and Development, Onboarding and Compensation and Benefits, or other areas related to the field.

Although we have a digital HR software solution in place, there is also an administrative component to this role. Creating employment contracts, and some other employee administration, comes with the territory. Does a colleague have an HR-related question? What does this mean in practice?

In this role, hard and soft skills come together. With support of Recruitment and Learning and Development, your empathy is your strongest asset, while for HR administration or HR projects management, structure and eye for detail comes into play. Generally speaking, your job will entail the following:

  • You’ll support us with recruitment activities by publishing our vacancies and helping in the selection of the right candidates for outstanding vacancies.
  • You’ll support us with learning and development activities such as the organization of individual or in company training.
  • You’ll execute HR administration such as creating employment contracts.
  • You’ll serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters, and receive and solve first-line HR related questions for employees, as well as third parties.
  • You’ll take care of all obligations related to the Eligibility for Permanent Incapacity Benefit (Restrictions) Act (Wet verbetering Poortwachter).
  • You’ll handle and maintain our HR system and other tools and define and implement administrative procedures, and signal opportunities for optimization.
  • You’ll generate overviews and execute queries using applicable HR and payroll tools and systems, and analyze and report on HR developments and trends.
  • You’ll become responsible for leading and executing different projects in the HR work field.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You’ll report to the HR Manager.


Are you our ideal candidate?

This is a position that supports the HR department by performing HR administration, recruitment and learning, and development activities and support. We expect the following qualifications:

  • You have a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in the direction of Human Resources.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in the HR work field.
  • You have experience in HR administration and you’re used to working with HR software.
  • You are structured and have an eye for detail and are willing to expand your knowledge in the field of HR.
  • You’re organizationally sensitive and you can confidently find your way around in a new organization.
  • You're a people person on one hand and have and business mindset on the other hand.
  • You’re a team player with good communication skills, who can multi-task, and is an efficient planner.
  • You are fluent in both English and Dutch.
