What can you expect from us?

We release a new collection twice a year. These collections are designed by our in-house product design team. In addition, almost all marketing communications are designed in-house by our creative team that is part of the marketing department. Both departments, the product design team and the creative team of the marketing department, fall under the responsibility of our Creative Director.

Everything about REV’IT! as a brand is managed by our Creative Director. As a Personal Assistant, you pro-actively support the Creative Director by planning, organizing and administering for him. This enables him to make the right decision at the right time so that the crucial business processes can continue in the most efficient and effective way. In addition, you’ll perform some supportive tasks for the other members of the Management Team. Your creativity, ideas and planning skills are also needed within our internal “Party Crew”, as our staff parties can be described as legendary.

Challenges are plentiful. There are some very cool projects planned that currently can only be discussed within the walls of our new headquarters. So our Creative Director needs your help to support him in the best possible way.

What does this mean in practice?

The position will require quite a bit from you, both in general and in detail. Generally speaking, your job will entail the following:

  • You’re very much aware of what’s going on in the organization and of the planning of work, time and again assessing the interest and setting the right priorities for the Creative Director.
  • You’ll manage the agenda of the Creative Director, based on the set priorities. You’ll plan , manage and prepare appointments and ensure order and structure by communicating this agenda to the various stakeholders and the rest of the organization.
  • You’ll work out presentations and ensure that the Creative Director goes into these meetings well-prepared
  • You’ll take care of complex agenda management, mailboxes (screening and handling), business correspondence, general support and travel organization.
  • You’ll act as our Creative Director’s first point of contact for internal and external parties
  • In important meetings, you’ll join in to ensure that minutes are taken and you keep an overview of agreements made
  • You’ll be part of the “Party Crew” and together with this team, you’re set to organize the best and most legendary staff parties.
  • You’ll perform general support work for the Management Team.

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week, 32 hours negotiable). You’ll report to the Creative Director.

Are you our ideal candidate?

This is a multifaceted position that requires organization and flexibility as well as foresight and the ability to set priorities. We expect the following qualifications:

  • You’ve a relevant higher vocational education diploma (e.g.: Executive Office Management, PA, Support Management)
  • You’ve several years of experience in a similar position.
  • You’ve great communication skills and are confident to share your thoughts and ideas in a articulate manner.
  • You’re an independent worker and you quickly find your way in different processes within an organization.
  • You’re trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • You’re available and willing to occasional travel
  • You’re fluent in English and Dutch
