With strategically placed perforation throughout the chest, arms, and around back, air easily flows through and out, helping to keep you going strong.
The Hyperspeed 2 Air, as the name suggests, is all about airflow. Each perforation hole and panel plays its part: the cooling power of perforated Monaco leather at the back, sleeves, and ribcage, 3D air mesh and stretch textiles that let air flow toward your body as you ride. There’s not much about the jacket that isn’t ventilated, highlighting its prowess as the ideal summer riding jacket if you’re the kind of rider on the sportier end of the spectrum.
If the Hyperspeed 2 Air isn’t for you, maybe these ventilated leather jackets fit the bill. The Quantum 2 Pro Air sports eye-catching graphics combined with almost full ventilation across the jacket – even on the speed hump. Like its siblings, the Hyperspeed 2 GT Air jacket hails from top motorsport level pedigree. But in textile form. This lightweight, fully ventilated, race-fit jacket looks aggressive but is more aggressive in the ventilation department; letting air effortlessly flow through the jacket, toward your upper body, and out the back thanks to its abrasion-resistant – but still flexible – 3L softshell fabric at the shoulders, arms, and sides, with polyester mesh and PWR|Jacquard construction.
Want ample airflow and a defence system against the rain? We’ve got options! Though the fully ventilated mesh Quantum 2 Air jacket doesn’t have incorporated waterproofing, other offerings do. The Apex Air H2O and Apex Air H2O Ladies come with a detachable hydratex waterproof liner for days when it’s still warm out, but the rain is going strong. The Torque 2 H2O and Torque 2 H2O Ladies also have included waterproofing through a removable hydratex|G-Liner construction.
