No matter how confident you felt, it could, of course, be the case that your purchase does not meet your expectations. We’ll explain how our return process works.

Can I return items ordered online?

Absolutely, no problem. If the item(s) you ordered does not work for you, you have 30 days to send it back to us. Please note that all returned items must be unused (i.e. new), undamaged, in the original packaging, and with all labels and hangtags affixed.

I want to exchange an article, is that possible?

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to exchange products. You will need to return the article(s) to us, and we will refund your purchase. If you need a different size or color of the ordered item(s), please order a new one through our website.


How do I return an item/order?

If you checked out using your account simply login and follow the steps listed to create a return. 

If you checked out as a guest follow this link and you can create a return manually.

Once you have created a return you will receive a free return label via email within one business day. 

Can I return an item bought at an authorized REV’IT! dealer to you?

No, this is not possible. Any items purchased from one of our authorized dealers will need to be returned to that dealer.

How long will a refund take?

From the moment your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and the return is processed, we aim to refund your money within 3 working days (depending on your original form of payment) with a maximum of 14 days. We always refund your money to your original form of payment.
