- What is the warranty on REV'IT! products?
REV’IT! will guarantee your item(s) to be free any issues arising from manufacturing defects within one year of the date of purchase, with the option to extend coverage to two years by registering your product for free (click to register). We will replace or repair any defects within the coverage timeframe. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, misuse, or normal wear and tear, and each case is subject to final determination by our internal warranty team. All GORE-TEX products are guaranteed to be waterproof, windproof and breathable for the useful life of the product, as defined by GORE-TEX. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties, including, without limitation any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Except as specified above, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REV’IT! will not be liable for any costs and/or damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential, special, punitive or otherwise, including any lost profits, however caused.
- What do I do if I need to submit a claim?
In the event of a warranty claim or inquiry, please contact the dealer (online or in-store) from whom you purchased the item directly. Your original proof of purchase will be required to process the claim, so please retain all purchasing documents. (A legible photo or photocopy is considered acceptable proof of purchase.)
- What if I purchased my item outside of United States or Canada?
If you purchased your item from a dealer located outside the United States or Canada, your product is protected by the REV’IT! warranty in the country of purchase. Please contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product directly. REV’IT! USA is unable to process any warranty claims from dealers residing outside the United States or Canada.
