What does this mean in practice?

REV’IT!’s HR department is a small department that is responsible for talent acquisition, talent planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, internal communications, performance management and development, employer branding and employee relations.

Within this setting, we are looking for an intern or graduate who’s interested in contributing to a variety of projects and initiatives. This means you will be involved, in any case, in job marketing and recruitment and selection, as these are key human resources areas at REV'IT!.

We will decide together what your other responsibilities will involve, based on the skills and areas of expertise you’re interested in developing. Current areas of focus include:


  • Recruitment
  • Employer Branding
  • Implementation at REV’IT! Culture Values
  • Learning & Development

But we may also provide you with challenging projects in some of the other areas mentioned.

Are you our ideal candidate?

While this is a position that requires a high degree of accuracy, we consider the candidate’s communications skills to be at least as important. We expect you to meet the following requirements:

  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in which you are expected to acquire practical experience for a period of 5-12 months.
  • You are looking for a clearly defined project for which you will be personally responsible, while at the same time spending at least half your time at the company being involved on an operational level in all the HR areas listed.
  • You’re a people person who’s self-critical and has a good eye for detail, with strong organisational and communication skills. 
  • You should also have a good command of Dutch and English.

    But above all…you’re eager to use your talents and make a difference... and you show it!

A place where you can relax by yourself or with your colleagues, gain energy and work on your personal exercise goals! A personal trainer will come in every now and then to help us shape up, get fitter and stronger! REV’IT! Restaurant

Motorcycle License

We are on a mission to inspire you to ride, but this doesn’t only count for the people that already have their license. While not all employees are in the possession of a motorcycle license when joining the company, we feel it is important that you, as a REV’IT! employee, get to experience what it’s like to ride a motorbike. We therefore offer the great opportunity for you to earn your motorcycle license. On our expense of course.

Company Bike

We have a company motorcycle which can be used, for example, to test products in practice. This motorcycle is also available for use by anyone at REV’IT! in possession of a motorcycle license.

We understand that every time a new collection comes out that you want to own that one item that you had your eyes on from the start. Therefore, you are entitled to a staff discount.

A workplace pension will automatically be arranged for you at the moment that you become part of our team.
