What can you expect from us?
REV’IT! is a brand that inspires motorcyclists all around the world. Our products reach riders through a variety of sales channels. In Germany, two Account Managers support our dealer network and help it to grow, however the German market has so much more potential for growth left.
With that in mind, we are looking for an Account Manager for Germany. In this role, you will represent REV’IT! in the broadest sense. On the one hand, you will be pioneering, focusing your boundless energy on discovering new business opportunities. On the other hand, you will be the relations manager that takes responsibility for tending valuable contacts with our existing dealers.
Though this position definitely has its challenges – Germany is home to many motorcycle clothing brands – but the same time the country has huge potential for REV’IT!. It will be up to you to brave those challenges and wield that potential, convincing dealers that REV’IT! is a brand that will enable them to stand out from the competition in lots of different of ways. And you won’t be going at it alone. You will enjoy the support of an innovative collection, strong customer service and support team, and a wide range of resources in the field of sales and marketing communications.
You will be a part of the International Account Management Team within the Sales department. And to top it all off: success in this position presents advancement opportunities.
What does this mean in practice?
In this position, you will make a vital contribution to expanding our position in Germany. In general, the work will entail the following:
You will strive to reach sales targets set in consultation with the European Sales Manager
You will maximize revenue within the existing dealer network
Acquisition is an important part of the role. You will convince new dealers to embrace the REV’IT! brand
You will work to build good relationships with the dealers by means of regular visits and virtual and digital contact moments
You will assure agreements are made with the dealers regarding the timely registration of (start)orders and the relevant terms and conditions for delivery and sales, doing so by inviting dealers to the Dutch headquarters
You will implement and monitor the brand identity in the dealers’ brand communications
You will identify and analyze market trends, new developments, and customer needs, and you will draw up reports on these based on product wish lists
You will record orders and other forms of customer- and order information in a timely manner, using our sales communications resources and forms
You will monitor the performance of existing dealers and optimize their customer satisfaction
You will monitor and manage the dealers’ sales performance using the available tools to analyze data from which assortment management and sales optimization is executed
You will exchange information about market developments, best practices, and other important issues with the other (Senior) Account Managers
You will be reporting to the European Sales Manager
This is a full-time position.
Are you our ideal candidate?
This is a position in which careful relations management is just as important as the pioneering work. We expect the following qualifications:
You have a commercial higher vocational education degree
You have a few years of experience selling high-quality products, preferably in the outdoor segment
You are an avid motorcyclist
You are a true pioneer: realizing new business opportunities comes natural to you
You are accurate in your relations management, both in communications and administration
You are as effective as you are customer oriented and you always keep the long-term perspective in mind
You can communicate fluently in German. English is desired but not a must
You have a good sense for marketing and presentation
You live in Germany
You don’t mind traveling for work in the evening or at the weekend
You work well independently, but you’re also a team player
You enjoy being involved and you contribute all of your boundless energy
But above all... you want to use your qualities to make a difference - and you show it!
