What does this mean in practice?
Your key tasks will of course be to work with our various partners and B2B customers across European markets. Communicating with them, supporting them, and helping them grow. You’ll focus on strengthening these existing partnerships to make them more sustainable.
But you’ll also be focusing on the bigger picture, affecting strategy, and looking for exciting new partners and opportunities.
Your job will include:

Defining a vision for strategic account and sales alliances.

Mobilizing our organization to work toward your strategy.

Taking responsibility for marketing, supply, and billing of products to dealers across Direct Markets.

Identifying new trends and opportunities in our market.

Keeping an eye on what’s happening in markets that are typically on the same trajectory - but ahead of ours - such as outdoor apparel, to learn what might be coming next.
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week). You’ll report to the Global Sales Director.

You should have the experience and a meticulous mindset to handle your day-to-day tasks with total precision. But that will not be enough to satisfy you. You’re not just a small details person but also a big ideas person, looking to create positive change and help our organization take the next steps forward.
That We Are Looking For:
- Experience working in a similar role.
- Experience with managing mature account executives.
- Experience with strategic account and sales alliances.
- An understanding of current market trends.
- A can-do attitude and an ability to make things happen.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in additional languages: Dutch or German, and French or Spanish.
- Bonus: A passion for motorcycles, outdoor clothing, and/or sports.
